Apparently, Anthony Joshua doesn't remember the 3rd round versus Andy Ruiz Jr

Could this be a sign of brain damage?

    It’s concussion

He’s had tests in hospital, doesn’t remember much of the fight, hopefully within a week he begins to remember or it’s very bad signs imo

It's just concussion like symptoms. Very common in boxing. Khan didn't remember a thing mid-way from the Maidana fight and Malignaggi said that happened to him in a few fights as well.

This is why boxing is more dangerous than MMA. Unfortunately these fighters suffer concussions and it can last 9-10 rounds. In MMA, you get clipped with 4 oz gloves like Joshua did, then great chance the fight is over right then and there.

          It happens.
JCC Sr does not remember what happened after Roger Mayweather hit him with a huge right cross in their rematch. He TKO'd Roger and does not remember how it happened.
Mosley was lost for 3 rounds after Pac knocked him down.

Btw, Troy Aikman does not remember what happened to the game against the Bills after he had a concussion in that f super bowl matchup they had at The Rose Bowl.

He seemed fine talking in the corner.

              More excuses from Team Joshua.

              Pathetic.

Every clean punch a fighter eats causes a bit of brain damage. A KO is literally brain damage.

"He doesn't remember anything from the third round" could mean he doesn't remember anything AFTER the third round.

                    Could also be exaggeration.
