Lennox Lewis stated Fury would not see the final bell. Would break him down by 10th.

I found this interesting from a couple months ago.....

“I think Tyson Fury would’ve given me some trouble because he’s so big. He’s a bit lanky,” Lewis to TMZ said of the 6’9 former world champion.

“I would break him down probably by the 10th round, I would break him down. But, he would give me some problems.”

While Lennox Lewis thins Tyson Fury would give him the most trouble, the former world champion feels he'd be able to stop the "Gypsy King."

Hard to argue. Fury is pillow fisted and would wilt under the precision jab of Lewis. That herkey jerky movement isn't going to give Lewis the same problems it did a basic boxer like Wilder. I'm not a big Lewis fan and I don't like it when retired fighters talk about how they'd beat current guys, but I respect that he's a legend, and clearly on another level than Fury.

Fury will give any HW of any era problems because of his size and awkwardness, doesn't mean he'll win.

Lennox Lewis was too physically strong for Tyson Fury, plus Lennox Lewis would dominate Fury with his Jab alone. 'Many people forget how Wladimir Kiltschko backed up Fury all night, infact all of the elite heavyweights Fury has faced all back him up. 'I agree Fury's awkwardness and skills would bamboozle Lewis for awhile but? Lennox Lewis in my opinion would be putting a slow beating on Fury for however long it was lasting.

Tyson Fury has zero inside game against these big boys, and Lewis always opted to close down the range of bigger fighters than himself 'And take them apart' he was out of shape vs Vitali Kiltschko and bullied him still, destroyed every tall fighter he ever fought,

Next to George Foreman, in terms of brute strength? Lennox Lewis was the only heavyweight I would rate up there with Foreman.

Tyson Fury is not hurting Lewis, and he is not out boxing him. 'So it is simple mathematics = He gets taken apart.

You know what? I would bet against that too. Lewis wasn’t only a puncher but also a boxer in his later career, especially when Manny got everything worked on him. Lewis can box you and then KO when he knows you are done. I think he destroys this current generation to be honest.

Lennox lewis was 249 pounds vs David Tua, and look how well he carried that weight 'Fighting in a clinic boxing manner' Jab, movement and ring generalship. 'Yes some of these guys may have been taller than him, but in terms of bone structure Lewis was probably bigger than Joshua' Joshua has a little slim compact waist.

I don't see how Tyson Fury beats Lennox Lewis at all, 'But yes his awkwardness does bamboozle Lewis for awhile indeed.

Wilder is the most dangerous fighter around today, but I still don't think he is the best. 'Fury could possible beat him in the rematch'

I don't think Fury wants that rematch for good reason. Wilder would be more likely to improve from the first fight. He eventually found a way to land his power on Fury, and now he knows. Fury doesn't want to experience that again.

Totally agree, Lewis in his prime was just too much to deal with. You never know which Lewis you would be getting, the one that wanted to box you and punish you for 12 rounds or the one that wanted to take you out within a few rounds. I really do see Lewis stopping Fury late, stopping Joshua early, stopping Wilder early too. If you have no jab, no movement or you have a lazy jab!!! Don’t come and see Lewis.

Lennox would crush all these current guys and he always KO'd tall HW's. Fury, Wilder and Joshua would get obliterated by prime Lennox
