Remember, one of the Charlo brothers did recently skip one of the required VADA test. I believe it was Jermell Charlo when he was fighting Tony Harrison and he got away with it.

I respect Williams for his stance but athletes will always try and push the envelope. There is a fine line between " cheating" and a competitive edge. Some of the " drugs" on these banned substance lists provide minor benefits at best. There is obviously a huge difference between HGH and a mild stimulant. Money talks and a shrewd " nutritionist" can always find ways to bend the rules. I hope Williams isn't focusing too much on the cheats. Other than heavyweight you still have to make weight. I believe that Charlo was just the better man that night. Look at Ruiz/Joshua. Who looked like they were on something? And I don't mean snickers bars!
