I highly doubt AJ is going to master the patented Wlad Klitschko jab-n-grab style in this short a time effectively enough to stave off Ruiz Jr. - dude is going to try to counter the jabs, and he does appear to be waaay more proficient at "heavyweight wrestling/grappling" than AJ (who, heretofore, had not been yet forced to deal with such a style IIRC). Besides, the Kltischko jab-n-grab was as effective as it was because Wlad's one-two was deadly, so guys would be apprehensive about trying to counter to avoid the right. So they're going to have to come up with something to go along with it. Maybe try boxing a little bit more? lol. Get on the bike and tire the guy out - still, if you can't pull a Fury, this could end badly; not the best style for the really muscular types, I think. Also it's way more effective at defending titles than getting them, lol.

Ruiz also seems to have a really solid chin - so, in order to KO him, Josh would have to soften him up quite a bit first. Trouble is, Ruiz was pretty much countering everything he'd throw at him, even right after getting hit with power.

Honestly, I'd love to see Ruiz Jr. vs Kownacki ASAP. Now that would be loads of fun!

Ruiz beats Windmill by eating wilder's best punch then outwindmilling him on the counter punch combos.

Ruiz loses to Fury cos Fury would never let him get inside to land body shots leading to a12 rounds comprehensive Fury points victory.

Ruiz wipes the floor with AJ again cos AJ can't keep Ruiz at distance for 12 rounds and cos AK is a one dimensional giant glass jawed robot.

Parker beats Ruiz coz he will have learnt not to be timid, has done it before and has just as fast hands, power and boxing nowse as Ruiz.

Ruiz beats Whyte cos without the bully boy cheap shots whyte ain't pooh. And if he wanted to straight up brawl Ruiz would go all rabid Mexican pitbull on him.
