They have to do the rematch. It’s the only way they can have control of the belts. The can’t risk Ruiz taking another fight and getting knocked off. If Joshua loses the belts he loses negotiation power and Eddie can’t let that happen. Win or lose they have to take their shot.

Yep exactly this... styles make fights and i dont think Ruiz has the power to do to wilder what he did to AJ... and we all know all Wilder needs is one right hand and it will be over... ruiz isnt the most elusive target, fury would box circles around ruiz...They have to do the rematch. It’s the only way they can have control of the belts. The can’t risk Ruiz taking another fight and getting knocked off. If Joshua loses the belts he loses negotiation power and Eddie can’t let that happen. Win or lose they have to take their shot.
AJ sticking to same team doing the same old stuff... simply aint going to work against Ruiz... rematch will go same way because Ruiz knows he can take AJ power where as AJ cant. Sad facts, this fight is the beginning of the end for AJ.... hope im wrong as im a Aj fan but cant see it going any other way.Comment

100% correct. No way Al gives them the fight for if they don’t exercise their contractual rights. Amir is clueless as per usual. They have to do the rematch. I think that AJ just underestimated Ruiz jr. Ruiz has a lot of skills. I do however think that AJ will win a rematchComment
