Everything Ive seen is that WBSS is on DAZN for season 2 only, but maybe they have an option?

Why wont it happen? Probably because it makes too much sense. ESPN is hyping the hell out of Fury's lineal title, imagine if they could hype the "Mohammad Ali Trophy" also with the undisputed title? If only we could have nice things.
