I'm going to disagree with the boss here. AJ lost in the ring, no scandal, no laws broken, he can hold his head high on Guy Fawkes day. Getting beat fair and square is no disgrace, somebody has to lose.

It's more the manner in which he lost. He was mentally and physically weak and didn't have enough heart in the fight. Fury or wilder would never gsve up so easy when the going got tough. People just need to give ruiz more props he fought a composed fight and took full advantage when his chances came. Fights like that make boxing what it is

He'll be back in the ring, for sure. What's not sure if he'll be champ again. He's probably a better overall boxer compared to many, but he's not the eyes or the tiger anymore and he doesn't stand big blows.

Had Deontay 'Bronze-Bomber' Wilder lost to a John McDermott I probably quit following HW boxing to be honest.

Deontay got dropped and badly hurt by bums Dustin Nicholls & Harold Sconiers both of whom McDermott would beat on the same night.

Need to look at his weight history. Fury is trying to stay in shape - that means there are periods when he's just eaten, and periods when he's dying for some Krispy Kremes, but knows he can't.

His initial comments were 'full belly Fury', and today 'hungry as fook Fury'. My wife's the same when she's hungry.
