After the fight AJ regrets not taking that $50+ mil from Wilder

He said he wished it was Wilder who had knocked him out and took his belts. Instead he lost his belts for less than half of what he would've made against Wilder just so that Hearn could make more money fighting him on an app he's financially invested in.

I know the UK doesn't have the Ali Act. But if I were AJ I'd have a lawyer in the U.S. look into this situation to see if it's legal. Hearn said AJ can fight on any network. If the fight is in the US again and I'm AJ I would tell Hearn to sell the rematch to the highest bidder or go PPV where he can at least come close to making the type of money Wilder offered him. This is what Dillian Whyte made him do when Hearn tried to sneak and put him on DAZN without offering the fight on the open market.

Yeah, Im glad AJ lost, but Wilder isn't paying anyone 50mil. In fact, AJ will probably make more money from the Ruiz rematch than Wilder from his rematch with Ortiz.

What would the violation be? Hearn is Joshua's promoter. He doesn't have to let Joshua fight on another promoter's show, even if that promoter is offering more money.

From my understanding Joshua has a deal with DAZN that concludes with the Ruiz II fight.

His situation with DAZN is his own & not Eddie forcing his hand as far as I'm aware. Although obviously its likely Matchroom doing a deal with DAZN led Joshua down the path of his current DAZN deal.

Some shady stuff to make your fighter turn down his highest payday and not even come close to making that. At least Showtime came close to matching DAZN's offer to keep Wilder.

I've heard Hearn say plenty of times that AJ isn't signed to DAZN. Maybe he was lying. But I specifically remember him saying AJ isn't signed to DAZN yet so the time to make the Wilder fight is now because they're working on a deal with DAZN

What is shady about that? If I have you under contract to fight exclusively for me for $100 a fight and another promoter offers you $1,000, you're not legally able to accept that offer and I have no responsibility to match that offer.
