He could probably make cruiserweight if he lost all his fat, and i don’t mean that as a dig at his looks.

The guy isn’t even 6’2, he’s about 6ft and carries a lot of fat. I wouldn’t be surprised if he could get down to cruiserweight at all.

You usually are not throwing with full extension when you do those drills.
