Yep. I'm overseas in Italy, I'm not going to have fools over my house at 0300 to watch a fight

I respect Merchant because he azzked tough questions even though he was biased against the slique style and focused on grilling my fav fighters.

yep boxing is niche like a mofo.

Seeing fights in theaters is good too. Only screened for major major stars like Mayweather & Alvarez

Them not knowing **** makes them think you a genius The only time we get quiet is the post fight interview. But all during the fight we got music playing and talking ****.

DAZN announcers are pretty underwhelming for these big fights

That was a huge moment in boxing history, the type of moment seasoned sports announcers dream of and the DAZN crew showed they don’t have a clue.

I felt like they just joined the audience in shock. The commentary at the end was basically like “wow Joshua actually lost.”

I can’t imagine that happening with Lampley who delivered us great calls in big moments. I go back and watch upsets on HBO and get chills, in part because of the memorable quote that goes along with it.

I still remember Lampley’s excellent calls when Rahman knocked out Lewis and when Foreman knocked out more. Now we’re stuck with Brian Kennedy.
You miss hearing crap about how Kovalev lost to Ward because of the Cold War?

Roy Jones was great & even Max was good at times, Harold's okay Jim I have it will remain a classic yet Lampley is a piece of a crap that always had an agenda and was biased

I totally agree, I grew up listening to those guys, the one I miss the most is Larry Merchant.

                  Depends. This kinda fight? Absolutely.

Big PPV cards I have get togethers or go to other people's places, depending. Which is why I'm not usually in the RBRs threads for a lot of PPV cards.

My best friend likes MMA and boxing, but I've noticed that he's only interested if there's a white guy fighting.

My girlfriend is Asian, so she's interested if there's an Asian guy.

DAZN commentary was horrible as always. Lampley would have busted 10 nuts in the 3rd round alone

I hate watching big fights alone. It's just something about going to a fight party. Better than going to a Superbowl party.
