the reason aj lost was because wilder didn't lock himself into that dazn deal according to some posters around here, maybe that's the reason aj was dominated. get well champ take some time off, maybe consider WWE wrestling because your heart and stamina will never be there for boxing. respect for no excuses like some of your maniac fanbase tho!

The division was going stale and Andy has just given it an almighty shake down. Awesome
100% in agreement with your assessment, and I wish Andy only the best.

NEW YORK Unlike most heavily favored champions that lose, Anthony Joshua didn't offer any excuses for Andy Ruiz Jr. upsetting him Saturday night. The English icon respectfully credited Ruiz for beating him at a sold-out Madison Square Garden. The former IBF/IBO/WBA/WBO heavyweight champion didn't blame referee Michael Griffin for stopping their fight in the seventh round and didn't attribute his stunning technical-knockout defeat to anything that occurred during training camp or fight week.

Apparently he fought another mediocre fighter on Saturday too.

Wilder better be thanking his team and sending them over GMT, Daytona, and Yachmaster Rolexes today (I’m a Submariner man myself) for advising him against the dazn deal....he would be tied into dazn for two more fights with nondescript opposition, no aj in sight, no viewers on dazn, and no more connections to showtime, fox, or cbs to promote him.
With every day that passes al haymon looks more and more like the smartest man in the history of the boxing business

I agree with AJ dads actions on trying to go after Eddie Hearn in the ring and kick this weasels/Hearn but for letting his son lose out a massive 100 million pay day when they offered it to AJ and getting knocked out by Wilder instead of getting knocked out by Andy Ruiz for 25/30 million

The problem was a styles problem. Joshua can not fight on the inside. He can’t parry with punches, roll with punches, dig to the body, take a **** to give one.

He tries to catch you at the end of his punches by using his length. When Ruiz opened up that's when Joshua should’ve used defense and countered. Instead he tried to slug it out with a hurt man and got caught by a punch that he never saw and couldn’t recover from.
