Thing is, AJ was somehow leading on one card and only behind by one point on the other two, despite the knock downs. In the rematch you can add to that UK ref assistance, judges that will be hearing an all UK crowd... Literally, all Joshua has to do is keep distance and not get KO'd and he's champ again. Getting dropped a few times clearly doesn't matter.

Ruiz should be very concerned. However, the damages he'd have to pay from breech of contract would be in the tens of millions so it's not like he's got an option.

I thought people were being sarcastic when they mentioned the cards last night. Joshua was UP?!? And people want to talk **** about Wilder getting a draw? Lmfao

It’s a U.K. ref I’d be most worried about. Someone like in the Parker fight who won’t let andy fight on the inside?

Just throwing it out their :
If their is a rematch , everything goes as planned , this fight has got to be made in North America
Dazn will not permit this fight getting made in the UK just for financial well being , I would believe
If I understood correctly, Joshua only fights on Sky in the Uk
Especially if he wins I’m sure Dazn would want the coverage the app would get fighting “ in the Mecca “
          I’m assuming here , maybe I’m wrong

Yea, I remember that. The ref literally warned Parker about punching AJ. After I heard about the inconceivable score cards last night, my hopes of Ruiz winning a rematch really sunk through the floor. I can imagine Hearn in the locker room telling him, "Look, you're covered. Just DON'T take any chances. As long as you're upright after 12 you'll have this."

Yea, some of us were talking about that this morning. Dazn HAS TO be wanting this in the states. Someone posted that AJ has one more fight in the dazn deal. Skipper said he wants it in the US. I really don't know how much control Hearn has here but I'm sure there's going to be a war behind the scenes over this. Hearn might even tell them, "Look, he'll re-sign with you after he wins but you have to let him fight in the UK to get those belts back."

The fights bigger now. They can literally pick the city. Vegas, LA, NYC are all on the table now. Besides AJ was supposed to conquer the US doe. Coming here getting beat up, then running home to get his titles back? Not a good look at all.

Skipper has to know that for the fight to get maximum viewers and revenue, it can’t be on at noon on the west coast.

Yea. Plus, they don't have subscribers in the UK. To pull in subs they need the big fights to happen in the US. They for sure aren't doing that with 2pm fight cards.
