McCracken is a terrible Coach

Joshua can spend 10 years under Mayweather and he wouldn't improve. he Mayweather defence/stance was ingrain in him from age 2/3 years old.
Joshua started boxing like at age 19 then he worked more on muscle build when he turned pro. He is just too stiff, his stance isn't right and at his age it would be difficult for Mayweather to do anything with him.
this is after getting humiliated by a part time boxer who also had very fast hands like Ruiz.Comment

AJ can't take his 4 biggest possible fights-Wilder, ruiz rematch, Fury or Usyk without learning how to jab and work off of it.Comment

Jury is def out on Mcracken, he was the Team GB coach, maybe hes more suited to the amateur programme. As far as Banks goes, I'd honestly go straight to Wlad I think if he is interested in becoming a trainer. Who better? He's armed with the knowledge and I think he's articulate enough to get it across. Bold choice, but I think ex-fighters who had shortcomings themselves make the best trainersComment

My theory was that Ruiz had a solid enough chin to absorb some of Joshua's big shots and the composure be in a position to fire back. He was good enough to exploit the opportunities Takam and Povetkin couldn't.
Everyone sees AJ as this great long range boxer, but hes not. He has a decent jab, but he often fights with his head over his front foot or at least parralel so he's set up more like a boxer puncher, he gives shorter fighters a chance and he has never learned how to disarm them.
I think he can win the rematch though with a few tweaks, and if he's able to compartmentalize mentallyComment

Definitely think he needs to make a change. Think he should get Banks and WLAD. Let Banks do most of the training and be the corner guy, but think Wlad's experience and calming presence would be huge in AJ's corner and they seem to have a good rapport. Would be a bit like Rocky going to train with ApolloComment
