Well Lewis and wlad had the great Emanuel steward to help them bounce back I don't think that's an option AJ has .

Joshua is a cornball. Everything he says sounds cliched. What a fake.

I don't think you can compare the two matches. Wilder was the aggressor against Fury and had him in danger. This is more like a Mayorga vs Forrest type fight. Ruiz jumped on him the minute he smelled weakness.

Probably been carrying so much pressure on his back that this is almost a kind of relief for him. Not that he wanted to lose his titles, but maybe now he can re-set and ask himself how much he wants to do this job.

If AJ fights like he did vs Povetkin he wins easy. AJ has no chin he has to move and not get hit otherwise its a crap shoot. AJ had no gas vs Ruiz also and seemingly no game plan. I guess they thought they would easily demolish Ruiz with a few power shots. AJ fought so bad it was not even that good of a fight.

Not the end of the world, but definitely not a minor set back either.

I hope the AJ loss gives you some solace, at least until our ***** warlord totally schools the Alabama ar.se hole once again.
Until then good luck with your horrendous and escalating child poverty rates, reckless gun laws (150 mass shootings so far this year), oh and a government which, depending upon your viewpoint, either kills its citizens to stoke the financial war machine or is unable to defend itself against suicidal plane hijackers.
                And Trump.

AJ's style is ****. He should be doing what Wlad did for 10 years. Jab and grab and then let the right go occasionally. I think AJ got hyped up too much after beating a broken Wlad and an aging Povetkin.

Could be a bit of both. His life is certainly not over but as far as boxing goes, things have changed. He has gone from being viewed as invincible to everyone knowing he can lose. I still want to see him and Wilder and to me it is still a tossup fight. If he fights Wilder and wins he can become King again.
