    Memphis, TN – Prize Fight Boxing is proud to announce that Lightweight Anthony Peterson 18-0 (14 KO’s) has just entered the World Boxing Organization’s (WBO) top ten rankings. At the present time, Anthony’s current rating is number 7 by the WBO. This achievement is remarkable as Anthony just turned 21 on March 16th of this year. During his 22 month professional career, Anthony has fought on ESPN twice as well being the co-feature to his older brother Lamont on SHOBOX this past April. [details]

    cool, he is a pretty good fighter, but i don't recall him fighting anyone all that good, that where atleast ranked in the top 20. did he???

      I feel the same way about him. I approach him with cautious optimism. He seems to have all of the tools to be a champ, but you just don't know until he fights superior competition.

        i definately think peterson will be a world champion one day. but 21 is still pretty young. who has the wbo at 135 anyway? if the wbo champ in 135 is anything like urango i see peterson winning the title very soon.

          at 135 it Frietas, Urango is the IBF champ at 140. I don't think he is ready for Frietas

            yea freitas is a tough dude. just can't imagine peterson winning until i see him against someone atleast in the top15. and if he handles them the way he's been dominating his other opponents then he is definately a force to be wreckoned with.
