It would be okay I think, maybe around the same as Wilder vs Fury PPV numbers, maybe 100k more.

Wilder would still be the massive favorite.

Ruiz can KO Joshua in round 1 of the rematch, styles still make fights, not too many people are going to think Ruiz can do the same to Wilder.

Another TKO loss to Ruiz would just solidify Joshua's chin issues further than it already has.

Joseph Parker went 12 with Ruiz and many other fighters who are seemingly "lesser" opponents than Joshua. Kevin Johnson, and a bunch of journeymen went the distance with Ruiz.
