Is a fatigued beatdown more damaging?

Similar to how when you are dehydrated there isn't enough water in your brain to absorb the "cushion" when you get hit?

Of course mayne! A big reason why boxers can take so many punches is because of defense and you can’t defend when you’re that tired

Yea, because your brain is not getting enough oxygen. The damage on an oxygen deprived brain is more severe, not to mention you're likely to respond slower so you get hit harder than if you see it coming and tense up.
