And then on February 26 TR officially chose to go another direction when they notified the WBC that the rematch was not happening next. After that Wilder met with DAZN in March and was offered a multi-fight deal with Breazeale as the first fight.

So no, your timeline doesn't make any sense. You said Hearn offered 40% after the Fury fight was confirmed off? So he offered 40% AFTER February 26? That's damn near three weeks after the Miller fight was set.

Sorry, but the Wilder/AJ fight wasn't happening next. Wilder and Fury were working on their rematch basically two weeks after the first fight.
