That would make him a huge hype job flop. I think he has to win the rematch to keep any sort of image. If he loses he's forever known as a hype job flop.

100% he retires if he loses the rematch. He's been exposed as a glass jaw, robotic, coward with no heart whatsoever.

I can only see that scenario. Why? Because what’s the point? What another rematch? Fight bums for another 10 fights and then go for the champions again? He can retire and be done with boxing. The pressure is now on for him. Am just glad the greedy people have their money smashed by Ruiz. No more 100m offers to no one.

Probably not, but he would be Price no 2. However, I don’t see it happening. Too much money and too much of everything is involved. he will have every single advantage in the rematch including the comfort of O2.

UK fans don't care about that stuff. He will always be loved and always be able to collect a check over ether. As silly as it is, I actually respect that more than the American attitude of; you lose you retire.

You have to wonder after that performance if he has the hunger to even get his titles back?

He looked like he didn't really want it in there.

Based on what I saw in the post fight tonight, I think there's a very good chance of that. He looked to me after the fight like a guy who realized that this was something he does only because he was really good at it and that he doesn't really have the disposition for all of it. God knows he'll never hurt for money off of what he's done, so he can quit at any time. But he's also said in interview that he doesn't really watch boxing or other sports for that matter, I'm not sure he really enjoys it tbh, he's just been riding the wave of success as far as it will take him. We will find out what he's truly made of in the rematch

Without question. Where could he go? He'll probably copy the Parker tactics in the rematch though and should win, but it's only a matter of time before he gets stopped again.
