It seems to me Ruiz should be number 1 right now. He went out and KOed the guy general considered the number 1 heavyweight in the world. He didn't just talk about it. He did it. Fury, Wilder and Ortiz all had the chance to fight AJ for good money and they all declined. Ruiz stepped up to the plate and got the KO win. I think he has the chin, punch and all around ability to keep the belts he just won.
