Did you see Joshua’s body language? He turned his back on the ref and was talking to his corner. I thought it should have been stopped there but was surprised when it did.

Though with a minute left in the round, Andy would have gotten the third KD

Me too. I actually like Joshua. It’s just fans hate of another fighter in wilder that makes this that much bittersweet. I still want him and wilder to get it on, but with wilder fighting Ortiz and then fury, if he can knock both them out like he should, AJ has to concede to wilder demands. It clearly makes since now if it never did before. But let’s see how wilder do, he should be able to knockout Ortiz a lil cleaner this time, just hope he fights smarter and not rush with fury because he’s too slick.

Look, the truth of the matter is that even though there'll be an immediate rematch, I don't see how how Joshua can win it. Ruiz seems to be just one of those guys who has your number, and I feel he has Joshua's number. The only thing Joshua has is his power, so he could get lucky, but he didn't look like he had any answers tonight, and I don't feel he can change anything by December to make a difference.

Ref asked if he can continue...he said yes. Then he just stopped it. He got hit way harder by Wlad. Maybe he put a big bet on himself

Oh yeah, it was a fix. Joshua carries everyone he’s fought, and his loss is a fix.

Good for him for saying “yes” he looked completely lost when he whispered it. And again, he TURNED HIS BACK on the ref while getting his 8 count.

I genuinely think he didn't quite know where he was or what was going on. The ref's instructions were clear, there can be no argument, he just didn't move or respond he just stood there smiling.

I think Hearn may be in serious trouble, a lot of people lost big money tonight.

However, DAZN could use this to their advantage to drive Mexican subscriptions. Canelo and Ruiz headlining is their "in" to the market. They'll surely milk it while they have the rematch clause. Either that or they'll offer big money to sign him if they're clever.

Surrre! AJ knocked down Andy just enough to allow Andy to quickly get back up just so AJ can do his choreographed stanky leg routine he perfected during camp. Wink Wink
