What were his choices ******? He's already beaten povetkin, brezeale,whyte,Parker. Tried to schedule a rematch with whyte who declined. Was scheduled to fight miller who drugged. Wilder and fury have fights scheduled and the network dispute. So who would of been a better pic who was available and would accept? Better than ruiz? Ortiz declined who are we left with? Unproven unknown prospects like efe or hrgovic..makes No sense for a US debut never mind their unknown status. So actually.
