    Holyfield - Tyson III

    Holyfield - Tyson III
    AP. July 17, 2006
Mike Tyson has been quoted as saying that "if Evander Holyfield
wins his up-coming fight, He will challenge Holyfield to a
rubber match". Tyson speaking from his home in Scottsdale, AZ
Told the Associated Press " Holyfield is the one guy
I'd come out of retirement to fight." Tyson, who lost
his last 3 fights says that even though he is no longer
fighting he has been training, keeping in shape.
Holyfield, who has lost his last 7 of 9 fights takes on
Jeremy Bates, August 18 at Dallas' American Airlines Center.
Real Deal Events says a Tyson - Holyfield rubber match
Could make both fighters a very substantial amount
of money. Holyfield could not be reached for comment.

I thought a rubbermatch was when both fighter have a win in the previous 2 fights?

This is bad news. Because Holyfield will take the fight. There needs to be some sort of intervention to stop Holyfield from fighting.

yes! i'm happy about this. Too bad Holyfield will get knocked out by Jeremey Bates. Oh well, not like it'll keep this fight from happening most likely.

Joe Frazier was gonna have a fight against some other 70 year old. I heard something like that.

But anyway, These Tyson comeback rumours aren't gonna stop untill Tyson hasn't fought in 5 years and becomes 275lb. Never believe these things. Tyson is done with boxing.
