              Which tough fighters? Floyd called Dela Hoya and Mosley when they were monsters but they wouldn't fight him. Arum wouldn't release Cotto for the fight, Judah was challenged when he had all the belts, Kosta Tsyu flat out refused to have the fight so what are you talking about?
