All time PFP lists doesn’t even have undefeated boxers in the top 10 luckily to find one in the top 15 Rocky Marciano probably at 15. TBE SRR has 19 losses followed by probably 2 on the PFP list Henry Armstrong with 21 losses.

None of that is relevant to anything i asked. Im hearing that this guy is tbe. Im asking.....how many pfp fighters are on his resume??? Who exactly has he beat to be tbe??? How many champions and is he the undisputed of his division??? If he isnt, why isnt he fighting the other champions??? Its not rocket science. Im simply asking what makes him tbe.
