I like it. Parker building himself back up and he's still young. I would imagine his next move would be the Chisora-Szpilka winner.

I thought he signed with Top Rank?

That was pretty much 3 years ago to the day, 21st May 2016 he fought Takam. Hasn't fought since December. I'd assume he signed with Top Rank for 3 years and has sat out the deal without actually fighting for them.
