Manny is more hitable now that he had lost a step at 40. He's defense was his activity in offense.
Oh, wait...almost forgot I'm a HATER... He's gotta be still on peds, if he wasn't he's body would've declined and broken down already! Can't be natural!

A prime Pacquiao would definitely beat a prime Thurman but nothing beats father's time.. Pacquiao has lost a step or two in speed and his punches now aren't that devastating anymore... I expect Thurman to easily beat Pacquiao on points and won't be surprised if he stop him

I like it, he’s creating hype for the fight. Americans don’t really care about boxing anymore, so Thurman is playing the black bad guy to gain fans’ attention. Idk what Americans hate more in sports than a trash talking black boxer who wins fights. Jack Johnson, Ali (hated by Americans in his prime), Mayweather, Hopkins, and Wilder know.
To be fair , Johnson Ali and mayweather were in a completely different level when it came to backlash, criticism , hate etc.
hopkins and especially wilder , never really achieved mainstream notoriety. they were marginalized by people who already somewhat followed boxing. those first three you mentioned were globally hated. (at the time of the careers for ali/johnson)

If PAC is slow and predictable, what was Lopez? Thurman better not be taking Manny lightly.

If Pac is motivated and comes to give it his best and turn back the clock, that’s good. Nobody wants to see an old fighter actually look old in big fights. It’s better if it’s a competitive fight for sure. So if Thurman is making him mad and making him want to come to fight that’s good. We don’t want a dud, we want a FOTY candidate.
