    They don't really like boxing. They like cheering for their countrymen and finding vicarious victories through them.
    The concept of cheering for a great boxer that happens to be from America would be like rooting for the enemy to them.

      Another thread about Wilder stans crying about nationalism even though they defend Wilder and his ducking like absolute extremists.

      We don't cry UK! UK! like they shout USA! USA! USA! at sporting events. Nor do we brainwash our children to pledge for the flag to make them extra crazy in defending their nation.

      I know you're Canadian and all, but this is the case with Americans. You lot don't ever have anything to cheer for to be honest.

        I’m from Canada. But it’s so annoying seeing nationalistic talk. Most of AJ/Eddie Hearn fans seem to be sad lonely middle aged white men.

        But please people stop with the nationalistic country baiting talk.
        Because they are proud countrymen. Plus there aren’t many uk top fighters.
