Hopefully. Haney is less ready for it than Lopez.

That's the way I'm projecting it too. I'm thinking it may all come down to if the WBC makes the winner of the vacant title (assuming Loma) take an immediate mandatory (which could be Haney).

Otherwise, if all sanctioning bodies agree to let Loma go for the IBF unification (Commey, Beltran, or Teo), Loma will pursue that fight first, before his WBC mandatory.

I think this would be good for Haney to get another fight in before a shot at Loma, provided everybody still at 135.

        Peace.

Looking at it from Teo's point of view, I suspect its even money he'll announce his move to 140 by missing weight vs Nakatani.

Given his increasing problems with the weight, the horizon at 135 is too uncertain for him to just hang around. I think its most likely Loma fights Cambell then arranges Commey next, so Commey gets to avoid any mandatory vs Teo/Nakatani with a Loma unification fight, and Teo knows he would have to take a back seat well into 2020 - and given that likely scenario, he'll bail to 140 sooner rather than later where bigger fights await.
