Whyte says, “No excuses” then proceeds to give excuses.

I don't see how Whyte is getting paid a purse of £4 million or more against Oscar Rivas in his next fight. I wonder if the British public will buy this?

Therefore I don't understand why he rejected £4 million for rematch against Joshua.

He must of made over £5 million for the Chisora rematch on PPV.

His Joseph Parker PPV maybe £2 million

So I guess he thinks he can get £4 million elsewhere without fighting Joshua for 3 belts. If he was that confident the rematch with Joshua after he would win would be worth another £6 million. That's a £10 million deal he just rejected. Doesn't sound like a confident man to me.

He's 31 years old in his prime, so I don't understand how he's gonna be better in 1-2 years. He would rather wait another year for the WBC mandatory and make a few million in a couple of favourable fights is his strategy. Then at least the £4 million purse or more as a mandatory challenger will still be there.

He's on a business move vibe so fair play, as is Fury with ESPN. I'll be surprised if we have any big heavyweight fights in 2019. Late 2020 earliest while we see a succession of favourable match-ups as the HW's cash in on boxing's popularity.

            This guys is a joke.
***** Whyte just ran from AJ offers twice in 2 months, but still pretends he wants to fight him.

The guy is the biggest fraud in the heavyweight division, constantly calling out the top guys and then running away from the contract when it arrives. How many world title fights, and final eliminators has this guy run from now?

I dont believe he wants to fight Wilder, or AJ. Just using there names to stay relevant.

He will run from Wilder as soon as negotiations get serious, just like he's done with AJ and all his final eliminators that have been ordered.

I understand confidence in yourself but Whyte is delusional. AJ likely stops him quicker.

This guy is god damn hilarious. He blatantly ducked a rematch to go make less money and he's saying the outcome is different? First you have to accept the god damn fight.
