Why was the ending of the first Bute-Andrade considered controversial?

Bute was knocked down with 2 seconds to go. He clearly got up in less than 10 seconds (even if the referee didn't start the count right away). I guess I can see why people are mad at the referee since he took a few extra seconds to start the count than he probably should have but regardless, even if he had started the count right away Bute still would have beaten it. What is the controversy here?

He picked up the count at seven
Maybe the count was a tad longer but no reason to scream controversy
As you said , Bute was up already , it’s not like he was out cold on the ground and needed those extra seconds to make it up

Glad Bute knocked him out , liver shot , in the rematch
      That killed the controversy afterwards

Ref kept breaking them up and would stay in the middle of too close to let Andrade fight. Bute was out on his feet when he got up at the count of 9, not the ref’s 9 of course. That count ended up being a 19 count. Bute was up in the cards of course. It Andrade has a chance of a KO. Bute was great, I loved his style. But the ref did help him on this fight.

I can say this , both those fights were great
Both fighters had a lot of mutual respect and if I à mon not mistaken they are still friends
