Not denying that! It's actually pretty pathetic that Lara is fighting Canelo's brother.I mean the record also says Canelo got a draw vs ggg, Chavez record says he got a draw vs Whitaker, Lewis says he has a draw vs holyfield, pac also has a loss vs Bradley, doesn't mean that's actually representative of what happened in the ring. Either way, the main point is Canelo's bro is getting that ass whooped.
But the point I'm trying to make is no matter what you think happened in the fight, Canelo beat Lara. Their records say so....
It was a very close fight so if you think Lara won then you're entitled to your opinion. But it wasn't daylight robbery the way some of you guys make it out to be.
I actually think Fury's fight vs Wilder was more of a robbery than the Canelo-Lara fight but of course you Canelo hater's and Al Haymon groupies will never admit that....Comment

Canelo my dude & all but I don't support robbery's fam. I thought canelo lost that fight, aswell many others. Records don't tell the whole story. Not sure if you saw the fight or not but you might wanna go check out.Comment

Yes I watched the fight. It was a close fight and if you feel Lara won then fine. But it wasn't a robbery by any means. Lara gave away some rounds by not being active enough and avoiding Canelo at all costs... This after he kept saying he was gonna break Canelo's face... 😆
I don't understand why some fighters don't go for broke when they have a once in a lifetime opportunity to?? Especially after they love to run their mouth prior to a fight,....Comment

If Lara fought Canelo in a rematch, he’d get schooled or even stopped. Lara would probably beat Canelo brother with ease, though.Comment

see where you're wrong is... you assume I'm inconsistent. My issues with Canelo fans is that many put their support of him ahead of logic or reason. They just want to support whatever Canelo does even if it makes many of them look like hypocrites. I thought Lara won because he fought the kind of fight that he intended to. We all know he boxes and moves. He relies on the jab, will drop a straight left and get out of the way to avoid being countered. Canelo knew that and couldn't do much about it. Guys like angulo and Hurd brought their balls vs Lara and forced him to fight. They wouldn't let him breathe. Instead, Canelo tried to box him and as is often the case, he conserves too much energy, so he couldn't put the pressure that he needed to. The guy landed something like 8 jabs the whole fight. Seperately, I also think fury beat wilder. Wilder also fought in spurts and was mostly left to be ineffective due to Fury's boxing and movement. Similar to how I saw Canelo vs Lara. Not denying that! It's actually pretty pathetic that Lara is fighting Canelo's brother.

Bro come on. Lara didn't show up that fight. Barely threw punches. I had him winning but only JUST. Castano wasn't anywhere near his class and Lara went easy on him for no damn reason. That's why it went draw because he let it get that close.Comment
