Canelo fought Jacobs. That's all he did. He didnt actually fight Goliath, he fought Rocky Fielding. He'll talk about Kovalev, and you'll see it as proof that hes the man, but in reality he'll fight a nearly 40 year old Golovkin in hes next big fight. Golovkins best win was the crooked draw with Canelo, and hes only loss a decent fight with a young star in hes actual prime, while he is clearly near the end. Middleweights dont do well in their mid to late 30s,unless theyre BHop, who was super late turning pro and had no wear on him from amatuer fights. Sorry to trash Canelos best win btw, you've still got Jacobs Canelo would be the man if he was a real puncher though, unfortunately he only stops fragile fighters.
