Yes a statement of beating a short fat slob, a walking punching bag.

Hard to make a statement in America when no Americans will be watching on an app we haven’t bought into or at the arena which will be full of brits.....should have just had the fight in the uk

Idk that Ruiz is much of a guy to make a statement with. Not Joshua's fault thats the case, but that doesn't change the case.

Either he blasts Ruiz out in 4 rounds or less & no one really cares THAT much cuz thats what he was supposed to do. Or Ruiz does put on some career best effort & gives Joshua more than most expect, but that likely isn't the kinda statement Joshua wants to make that some huge dog can hang with him.

Classic lose lose situation for Joshua.

The only W I can see Joshua pulling out of this situation is some Wilder like memorable KO momen. Cuz that Breazeale fight was Wilder's own lose lose situation, but I think he turned that into a W with his Game of Thrones looking entrance along with his meme'd & gif'd quick & impressive KO. If Joshua can make his own moment like that I think he can hit the 0 on this lose on black, lose on red, roulette wheel to sneak a W moment.

          Some Statement

Joshua either gets knocked out by a smaller fighter or beats a smaller fighter. The only statement I see getting made is Joshua wants fights with low risk at big money while avoiding Wilder and Fury at all costs

Had a laugh at 6.13 where Raheem was trying to avoid the punch.
