Gradually worse care, gradually longer wait times. Higher and higher taxes to pay for this worse care and longer wait times. Staff shortages because no one wants to go into the field anymore because the pay and benefits are decreasing.
The only reason your system has hung on this long is because your leaders have continually imported 3rd world doctors willing to work at a fraction of the cost. Way to take care of your own people lol.
Anyone championing 'free' healthcare, 'you must pay for my problems' is a chump in that regard. Do some research and be a man and handle your own problems.

It is not uncommon for a dentist to spend five minutes on a cleaning."

No better example of the sad state of forced nationalism than some Brits touting their terrible NHS. You all used to be the envy of the world. You complain about the Russian menace and you rely on your big brother the USA to protect you monetarily and physically from this big bad wolf, all the while doing business with them in a big way.
