Since the upper tier was closed, the capacity should be around 13,000. But that wasn't the number of people who attended the fight because there were empty seats everywhere.

I was at the fight. Not many empty seats around me.

It's tough to estimate being at the event but I'd say 10-11k were in attendance for the main bout....all 30 seconds or so of it. There were people still coming in when it was all over.
