Hahahaha he barely edged out a way past his prime Cotto, lost to GGG twice (after avoiding him like the plague for years a la Mayweather-Pacquiao) and was gifted those decisions. He also beat a Jacobs on the decline, yet somehow everyone seems to be hyping him up as if he steamrolled him but, I get it, it's all about money. Cotto and Trinidad were way better overall and, in their prime, I'd bet on both to beat Clenelo.
With the PED findings, his fights and career will forever be tarnished, even if you fail to see that. He's lucky we're in a boxing era where generating money is more important than anything else and that his daddy DLH has the money to pay off judges in LV to continue making money with his cash cow (in essence, he's just a puppet, like you).
I'll give it to him though, he's got some skills and a very similar style to that of Cotto's; I'm just not sold on a guy that could potentially still be cheating but may have found a way to hide it better or have his daddy pay to cover it up.
