Shame really because he’s got channel 5, which more people have access to sky and BT.

That said, if he had any fighters worth a light, his cards probably wouldn’t be on channel 5

And Parlagi quits with a hand injury sounds about right. I'd take Dilmaghani vs the winner of Barrett/Woodstock for the Commonwealth

Yep, I mean, is Hughie the best guy he has left now?? I can't think of anybody of any relevance he has left and the only time he has these channel 5 cards is when Hughie is headlining pathetic

Even before this fight starts, I'm wondering where Hughie goes from here. He'll win easily today because this dude isn't even a top 5 Canadian HW, but the HW scene is weird right now. Lots of those guys area at world level, the guys at actual British level are mostly prospects with higher upside and the rest are more English/Area title level. So a guy like Hughie, who they definitely don't want to risk it and mix it up with guys like Dubois and Joyce, but below dudes like Whyte and Chisora, has no real options there. No Sexton's, Sprott's and Skelton's of the old days left that are solidly entrenched at British level while no real threat to move up or down. Think they're only choice is to try to go the European route and import dudes from the continent to try to rebuild his stock a bit. If Joyce were to vacate the Commonwealth title it may make sense to try to get that and defend it a couple times against Africans, Canucks and Aussie's or some ****.

Did you see that Joyce is maybe fighting Jennings in his June fight?

Hughie v Sexton did over 1mill views on Channel 5 last year.

If he gets 1mill views again tonight he beats Wilder v Breazeale.

He would be the A side against Wilder.
