Thurman an overrated bum who has done nothing, nothing he does screams special, ordinary fighter and I am not saying this because of his last fight where he looked like a garbage can. Only reason I give him any chance against pac is because pac is past prime and I still have pac dominating the fight.

I don't know about that but it would have been a great fight. Duran against Pacquaio would have been an all time great fight.

I see PAC like a Foreman in his 40's.....

Would beating Thurman gain another lineal championship? That would be awesome!

No, because a vacant lineal championship can only be captured by the winner of the fight between a division's #1 and #2 (or #3 in very rare cases)...

The guys that have troubled Pac are either technical counter-punchers like JMM & Floyd or guys who can be physical and "dirty" it up like Horn and Sanchez.

Thurman is none of those though due to Pac's advanced age and Thurman's power, anything can happen. I think Thurman's path is to KO Pac, I don't see him winning by decision or hitting Pac with enough for a stoppage. It would have to be a JMM type bomb.

Fairly certain Floyd Mayweather and Joe Calslappy never lost. You don't get better resumes than those two.
