Yeah, marriage and that long layoff really seems to have changed him. His tone is so different from before. He said he spent 3 months in the mountains of Nepal (a place that's been on my bucket list for a while), so I wonder how much that experience might have changed him? Maybe he loses to Pac, shaves his head bald, grabs a saffron robe and just retires to Paro Taktsang or some other Buddhist temple in the mountains?

loool, he definately doesn't sound as ambitious and hungry as before. I wonder also because he feels satisfied with what he's done? Sometimes that alone can prevent further ambition with these guys.

keith is just digging a bigger hole... guarantee come close to fight time, the shiiet talking will be less and less. now thurman has to show up and perform at his best for all the shiiet that he's talked leading up to the fight. i hope he's ready. because once he gets in there and realize it's not as easy as he thought and now he's gonna have to back up all that talk. just look at broner.

Whether he plans on cashing out and retiring after this fight or not, I think Thurman is far too proud a guy to just show up. He's going to be at his very best and meanest for this fight, and that is bad news for Pac. Pac's going to get beat up in this fight.

watch the NY press. thurman talked way more. then the LA press. talks a little less now. and in the LA press, pac was more vocal. just like with broner. come close to fight time and thurman will realize that all that talking is not working. look at how broner changed up when it came close to fight time.

I have to say, I did let Thurman get under my skin for awhile now. The debates with his fans about him holding that belt only for a MEGA-fight with Floyd. But he retired so Pacquiao was the next best thing. That being said, I can't even be mad at the man. Get Your Money then Get Out The Way! Can we get some decent match ups now?
