Does Callum Smith even really exist?

Every single article I read about this guy has no picture of him. It either has a pic of an opponent, or potential opponent, or no picture at all.

I've literally never seen this guy, and of course they don't broadcast his fights in my country.

Of course you would , canelo is the cash cow , everybody wants to fight him to make money. Even naoya inoue would skip all those weight classes and fight canelo at middleweight..Mexican money man

And there’s no doubt that Mundo should be at LHW, but two guys with 168 titles fighting to unify 168 titles shouldn’t have ****** catchweights associated.
Which MW did Canelo bring down to 155??? Yeah Cotto And Khan REALLY would of been better at 160. If I remember correctly Cotto said he wouldn’t fight at full 160 against GGg or Canelo

Also dumb *** you do know GGG is doing a CW next...

Reading your comments I can smell the salty TEARS someone lost $$$$$ betting against Canelo.

Had every boxer that was told they must agree to those terms refused either Canelo would have 1) been forced down a weight division 2) been forced to fight within the terms of the actual divisional weight by the sanctioning bodies 3) been forced to agree to the terms of the opposing boxers because if every boxer refused his terms Canelo would have been forced to fight, not made any money or forced to relinquish his titles.

It takes two to tango 1) the boxer setting the terms and 2) the opposing boxer to accept the terms
Only 2 fights were for belts at 155.

The man is 6’3 and fighting at 168? But it just isn’t his height (which is a big factor) but his frame is huge. I can’t see him making SMW for much longer unless he is draining and starving himself. And for that he should be penalized as all boxers should with a rehydration clause. I’d rather see the best fighting at their more natural weights.
IMO there should be a 10lb hydration limit in every fight so we skills win fights no size. Were seeing guys like Hurd hurting themselves over time fight 2,3 weight classes lower. And I think Jacobs is done at 160 just like Saunders is. GGG is finally moving up as well. Sure they all want stick around 160 to drain themselves for one huge Canelo payday. But let’s be real there is typical size for weight classes.

GGG refused until Canelo fought him at 160, and now the rhetoric is that GGG was a coward who refused to budge on King Canelo.

G did the right thing, and other guys were willing to step in. Just like Floyd's catchweights and Manny's.

Catchweights have a place IMO, but they should be to find a middle ground for two fighters (IE - if the top fighter at WW and top fighter at SWW met at a 151lb catchweight)

Yes I know GGG is fighting a CW next, and I'm against it for him too.

And I'd never bet against Canelo. His fight goes to the cards, and it's like betting against a movie.

I agree with you. Too many have injured themselves attempting to make what I call an unnatural weight. I believe draining yourself to make weight then rehydrates takes away from an athlete each time they do it. Overtime I’d like to see what the long term impacts are. I’ll even say they aren’t in shape doing this if they gas half way through the fight.

They can do it when they’re young but the trade off is a much shorter career

IMO CW should never be for titles. If the best want to fight for a title move up. Most organizations let them get ranked #1 at higher weight class if want to
