Oh btw, nice gif of Spence beating down a guy who was already damaged from a broken eye socket against GGG. What a signature win. I actually like Spence but his win against Brook proved nothing, just like Crawford's win against Khan proved nothing and before you start calling me a hater, I'm a huge Crawford fan and he had no other choice really other than to fight Khan. What's Spence's excuse? Brook was winning before his other eye socket broke. I would like to have seen that fight happen pre-GGG. I'm willing to bet it would've been much different.Comment

As a human being it's nice to see him smiling and back in the mix of not only boxing but life. A short time ago I don't think anyone would've been surprised to hear of someone finding him checked out in an alley or a ditch somewhere. I hope he takes it back to the top. I think he already has one HELL of a comeback story that's an inspiration to a lot of people.Comment

Dunno how we're talking about Pac, but dude, Margs, Cotto, and Mosely were all far more dangerous fights than Mayweather. Those guys were bigger and hit harder with come forward aggressive styles. Mayweather might have been better, but taking a low activity decision L from a passive May (which is what happened)far less dangerous physically, especially long term, than winning a brutal slugfest as like with Cotto & Margs. And much easier to rebound promotionally from a decision loss than getting KOd by one of those guys. Bob let him in to be KOd by a pissed-up roided-up Marquez ffs. But Bob knew Mayweather wouldn't come close to KO Pac...even though he could've (& should've) he just didn't have the balls... hell, his own daddy yelled & pleaded w/him the whole night to lay the beat down, but after the Gatti fight he based his whole life on TBE by way of protecting his 0, he stopped taking all risks in ring, only was aggressive when he absolutely had to. Brilliant fighter, the job he did on Canelo ranks up there with the finest exhibitions of boxing ever. But my God, the fact he didn't step on the gas and take Guerrero out was pathetic. Moral of story? Bob won't protect Fury as long as he's getting his cut of a big ole pie.Comment

that picture with stephen A smith is a little strange. photoshop, angles / distance, something. SAS is 6'1". magic johnson is 6'8" or 6'9". tyson fury looks like he's about 6'5" unless i'm missing something. unless magic is on platforms there is no way fury is actually 6'9" tall as he was once claimed. or 6'8".
also something to consider: tyson fury's MAIN thing is that he's tall, big, and he moves well for 12 rounds compared to plebeian peers. he couldn't run an NBA court for 45 minutes. never mind 82 games in a season. just think about how small magic johnson, a 60 year old man with HIV, makes tyson fury look. foreigners have no concept at all of how big and athletic you need to be to play in the NBA. none.
unless SAS is legit on stilts [or shoes designed to make people taller for TV] tyson fury looks like he's only about 6'5" or 6'6" tall.Comment
