Someone needs to stage an intervention for Paulie, but with the way he acts I doubt he has any real friends. I respected him somewhat back when he was a real fighter, even with his big mouth, but ever since Eggington finished him off he's metamorphosed into an irritating, attention-seeking little gimp. I think that bare-knuckle boxing is for thugs who can't hack it in real boxing but nevertheless I bet this Lobov guy beats him bloody.

Well I don't agree 100% on that.A fight involves everything but last time I checked you start out on your feet and as Silva vs Mercer showed a lot of times thats where they end.A good boxer or he ll just a good street fighter can end a fight in blink of an eye with one left hook.

paulie is not the smaller guy, artem fought at 145 in ufc and paulie finished his career at 147. artem also has a very short reach. artem would beat this guy and kill him in a street fight.

Paulie still has Juan “Baby Bull” Diaz problems. He cried after the fight, cried about Golden Boy, cried about boxing, cried his way into PBC, cried his way into his broadcasting gig and now this fight. Only bi+tches slap and spit.

Paulie vs Baby Bull 1

He did win that first fight against daiz in Texas. However I don't support spitting.

I feel Paulie lost a close fight that could've been a draw or a point in his favor...I had it 115-113 Baby Bull, as some of those close rounds his power shots were more effective than Paulie's jabs IMO. The Van Hoy scorecard was ridiculous, and that along with Paulie's sob story **** show after the fight made it look worse than it was. But his tirade got him the rematch he wanted so good for him, despite the fact that I despise Malgniaggi. The man has absolutely zero class. None. I wish they'd cast him in a reboot of Growing up Goti and he'd get lost from boxing all together.

Paulie sucks

Paulie's such a disgusting character. Watching him getting beat up by Cotto, Hatton, Khan, Garcia and Porter, even with replays, still doesn't satisfy me.

I know, right? The Porter fight satiates me for a little while...i don't even like Porter but seeing him lay waste to Paulie was just great....but the next day Paulie always does something else to refuel my hatred. Funny him calling Lobov a punching bag. Isn't that EXACTLY what Paulie was against all those fighters you mentioned? How bout when he freaked out about Al Haymon and then joins him a week later. I'll give him credit, everytime he had a post fight meltdown it got him what he really wanted...except for the public's perception of him as a real/legit championship fighter...that he'll never get, no matter how much he spits, loud and fast he talks, or whatever histrionics he engages in. I hope Lobov smashes his face in, and Showtime fires him.

If Showtime fires Paulie, he will be in high demand. He is the best expert announcer in the game. For that, there's no way Showtime will fire him.
