It's not even Wilder's fault, it's the WBC. They need to enforce the mandatory so Wilder has to fight or be stripped. How can they have a fighter at no.1 for nearly 600 days and not call the mandatory.

Can't blame Wilder for the WBC not acting in a fair manner.

The WBC are a joke these days and help out certain fighters. Adonis Stevenson went something like 3 or 4 years without fighting a mandatory/

Say what you want about the IBF and some of their mandatory fights not being competitive, but at least they stick to their guns, call mandatory fights when they're due or strip the fighter. The WBC are just far too cosy with certain fighters.
