It's been over a year since Mikey Garcia beat Lipinets to become Lineal Champion at 140 as they were ranked 1 and 2... But with it being over a year and him not defending it or signalling his intent to remain at the division then in my opinion whoever wins the WBSS finals should be Lineal Champion as well as WBA/IBF/Ring champion/Ali Trophy.
