Wilder is pretty smart indeed. Also in his post fight interviews he speaks much smarter than during the pre-fight hype.

No he isn't. He just has a very quick and powerful 1-2 which against a slow, stiff guy like Breazeale is very effective. Don't make Wilder out to be someone he's not. His power, speed and explosiveness are the reason why he's been so successful but his ring iq and technique have always been poor.
