  • Comments Thread For: Whyte: Fury Makes No Sense, He's Always Contradicting Himself!

Heavyweight contender Dillian Whyte is shaking his head at some of the recent statements coming from Tyson Fury. WBC president Mauricio Sulaiman is interested in ordering possible WBC final eliminator between Fury and Whyte. Initially, Fury threw water at the idea of needing an eliminator to land a world title shot. But then did a complete swerve by agreeing to take part in the eliminator - if the WBC would sanction the fight for their "diamond belt."

Fury makes sense -- he knows that he's the only one trickster who is able to trick Wilder and Joshua...

honest question though, because I'm a Fury fan but do you think he was worried about rematching Wilder? like his tricks wouldn't work for another 12 rounds?

... since he fought Wilder, Fury lost much weight... I guess he is taking training even more seriously now...

Won't make a difference though if he keeps facing little known Germans. If he goes after Kabayel next I'm done lol

Is this still moving forward? Sounded like it had 0% chance initially, but seems like its possible now. Is it still going that way still? Hope so as this is a viable fight for both guys.

Yea I don't think Fury wanted that immediate rematch. I kinda think maybe Wilder was onto something when he recently said he thought Fury wanted a "marble check" fight to see the damage from the first fight.

I do suspect we'll see Fury vs Wilder II (as long as Wilder doesn't retire in the next couple years, which I think is possible or Fury doesn't go off the rails, which I think is possible) sooner or later.

... I guess Fury is now after a huge, huge money fight vs either Joshua or Wilder... until then he will fight cans only...

****** Dillian Shyte still needs someone to explain to him the value of status in the world of boxing and privelgedges that comes with it.

The gypsy could lure Anthony Joshua for all his belts with the 'Diamond' belt, HOW? If Joshua overthrows Fury Anthony becomes mandatory for Wilders WBC championship. As was the case when coward Jean Pascal ducked Adonis Stevenson, transferring WBC championship rights to Sergay Kovalev to face Adonis.

Yeah the lineal title don't do much for you when people don't believe you are ''The Man". It's all in Tyson's peebrain, but I'm beginning to suspect he is beginning to understand.

It sounded like Whyte was on the table legitly doe just a couple days ago.

I'm definitely leaning towards Joshua or Wilder or bust for Fury, but idk if he holds Whyte in the same respect or same fanfare/upside as he does Joshua & Wilder.

And I got no faith in TR being able to make a big fight, which Fury vs Whyte would be either, but again things were looking up momentarily a couple days ago I just haven't heard more good or bad since a couple days ago.
