There was an article on this very website that said; "Breazele is making 2 million. Widler will make 10 times that". And he used BombSquad Enterprises to promote the fight and not Di bella Entertainment.

Two, AJ isn't even signed to DAZN as he does everything on a fight by fight basis so why should Wilder sign a 3 deal when AJ hasn't?

Three, the signing of Wilder was more to benefit DAZN to gain more subscribers. If anybody really thinks that Haymon is going to let a fight of this magnitude be limited to an app, is sadly mistaken. You think Showtime would just galdly step aside after they have been home to Widler for a good while not reap the benefits of this fight? You think Wilder would sign to DAZN thus giving Hearn total control of everything and Wilders team be okay with that? YEAH RIGHT!!!

This fight is big enough to do a split site between DAZN and Showtime. The is one of the main reasons Fury signed with TR. He has repeatidly said the he was cheated because the fight was on Showtime. And this is one of the main reasons Wilder didn't sign to ESPN. It's all about control. And this one of the main reasons why Whyte, who is still with Hearn, is pushing so hard to get his shot at Wilder. The idea would be Whyte would purposely reject every offer from Wilders people so the fight could go to a purse bid. If Hearns wins, the fight is DEFINITELY going to the UK. And Wilder were many believe Wilder would need to KO to win. He won't do it on the cards. Proof? Hearn tried this with in the negotiations with Loma/Crolla. Arum told Hearn, "you don't want to get into a bidding war with ESPN". BUT...Hearn made sure Crolla got more money out the situation. Its all about control. That goes for Arum, Hearn, and Haymon.
Man you have it all wrong.

The three fight deal was Brezeale. Aj, Aj rematch. He can have a AJ 1 & 2 deal only.
If Wilder doesn't want to sign with DAZN he has to meet with Hearn direct which Finkel refuses to do.
You can't do a Showtime / DAZN split broadcast because Showtimes wants to charge 100$ and DAZN would put it free on the subscription so 90% of the people would watch it on the much cheaper DAZN.

DAZN does have first refusal on AJ fights so Showtime would have to outbid DAZN in a straight cash bid, apparently they have no budget for boxing and can only do pay per views.

As for the Brits getting a decision in the UK did you see the Fury fight ... Wilder has the judges bought and from the Ortiz fight the ref as well.

He should fight Whyte next. Dangerous left hook but just as easy to hit as Breazeale.

I get what Wilder is saying. Everybody involved wants the fight to happen because it's too much money to pass up for both sides. And everyone involved wants to squeeze as much money out of this match-up as possible. I think it basically comes down to how much money is going to satisfy each team and the fans will get the fight.

Where are all those geniuses who were trying to convince everyone here how Breazele is going to beat Wilder? I was rooting for Breazele after what Wilder was saying, but it was hard to ignore reality and realize that his chances were slim to none...As it turned out to be.

You are quite right, dazn wants the subscribers from two demographics that wilder would bring to the table, Alabama fans and nationally black American fans. Hearn tried to get this demographic when he first came
Over and tried hard to sign Spence, Broner, the Charlos, tank, etc etc. Dazn really wants that demogrpahic and to now not one fighter they signed brings that. As you said, it’s not wilders job to make dazn successful.
Now i understand what PLPLEZ meant. Thanks for the clarity. I thought he meant "I" was making excuses. I understand the business of boxing and the control en****** want. Most hate discussing that side. I want big fights just like everyone else, but this is the bull that fans must endure. Quite frankly, im okay one way or the other if they don't fight (which they will). Won't be ther first boxing has missed big fights. And it won't be the last.

Yeah but Mayweather Pacquiao happened - after Pacquiao was majorly on the decline. This fight should happen now.

Its all about the money which is delaying fight. But for sure money is important. But I don't think Wilders hospital bills will cost that much with him having much money left over.
But he keeps talking about head is not supposed to be hit. That's good. He knows he is vulnerable to people who don't even hit as hard as him. I bet Furys punches scared Wilder real bad.

I don't have all wrong. If Wilder had signed that contract, the AJ fight would have been EXCLUSIVELY on DAZN. And a fight of this magnitude should not be limited to an app. Even DAZN knows this which is why Canelo/Jacobs was shown in movie theaters. It's all about control. Wilder just made 20 million against Breeze. If you think Haymon is going to let Wilder just waltz over to DAZN and let that fight take place without Showtime having a piece of the actions, then you're mistaken. AJ isn't even signed exclusively to DAZN. The long term plan for AJ, according to Hearn, is to eventually sign a long term deal with DAZN. If AJ gets the WBC belt, THEN he will sign with DAZN. Because at that point, every living soul will HAVE TO come to DAZN if they want AJ.

And as for your judges comment, that goes across the board and not just Wilder.
