If only Stiverne, Arreola and Brazeale got knocked out by a debutant, literally some dude walked off the street and knocked him out and some mike white guy with a tomato can record of 12-5.

Buster Douglas is a BUM of the highest order.

Douglas has wins over Trevor Berbick and Mccall as well. Mccall was the guy who koed Lennox lewis. So no Douglas is levels levels above the trash opposition you mentioned.

        • It’s definitely possible. I don’t know people are so sure he isn’t. No one is saying he’s an amazing boxer he just clearly has freakish power in his right hand.

I’ve heard multiple sparring partners say he’s the hardest puncher they’ve been in the ring with. In fact a former sparring partner for Anthony Joshua who has sparred with many top HW rated AJ power 7, Wlad 8-9 and Wilder 10.

It’s definitely not out of the question that he can punch as hard if not harder than anyone before.

Wonder how Ike ibeabuchi would do against the top 3 today.
Wasted career....he was a very talented boxer and no doubt would have been a champ.

McCall is a journeyman who knocked out Lewis. Berbick is also a bum

                  • And the award for the dumbest thread today goes to...this idiot. Wilder can't be compared to the greats, BECAUSE HE HAS ONLY FOUGHT 2 DECENT OPPONENTS OUT OF 40. Also he couldn't KO Stiverne in the first fight. Imagine what a young 9or old) Foreman would have done to Stiverne in the first fight? Imagine what a young Tyson would have done? Wilder's power looks amazing because he isn't fighting anybody good. The Klitschkos, Whyte, AJ, Parker Povetkin Haye, he ducked all these guys for the last 5 -10 years. In fact, out of the top 34 boxers in the world right now, Wilder has only fought 4 of them,...4. He shouldn't get bonus point s for KOing a bunch of bums.
