ANY boxer can pull off a 1 punch KO, given the right timing, circumstances, position of the opponent, whether it's on the button etc etc etc etc.

So when Muhammad Ali says Shavers hit him harder than anyone he had been in with, I guess that makes him a casual too, yeah?

How you are able to conclusively say that Wilder in general hits harder than Foreman, for example, is laughable. I am in no way doubting Wilder's power. All I'm saying is that he is in that class. Oh and Tyson too. Wilder hits harder than Tyson, by your measure.

    Do you understand boxing?
Foreman had "thudding power". That's been said more than once: Clancy and Qawi are better subject matter experts than you.

Wilder has more one-punch power. He does what Shavers did, but much, much better. He's bigger, and a better athelte. Sure, his competition is worse. But Shavers was a poor man's Graziano, Heavyweight edition.

There were plenty of 180 lb euro bums that Shavers didn't 1 punch or even stop.

Yeah, it's pretty bad when I am the one telling someone to cool it on over-selling the old timers. Of all people, I should be the last person telling this guy to step back and reassess his evaluation of the old timers.

And no one is dis*****g that guys like Liston and Marciano were tough. I believe they were exceptional individuals. But that has nothing to do with punching power, or how good a fighter someone is. The dude's not even sure what argument he's making.

          rationalize your psychological cope
Consistent, hard punching over the length of a fight VS a dude who can throw 1 or maybe 2 punches every couple rounds is GREATER PUNCHING POWER.

You've never fought before. You're a ****ing clown and a ****ing idiot.

The dude is one of the worst technical boxers in the game today and you're talking **** about Shavers.

This **** is an absolute joke. You should be banned.

so you rate volume of punches as a criteria of KO power.

                    • If we go by weight, then Justin Jones is the hardest hitter.
He sparked out 450 pound Dustin Nichols, when he only weighed in at 243 pounds. In the second round.
Dustin weighed 50 pounds less against Wilder.
